Funny how people often react to the truth. It was all smiles when Queen Bey was "bootylicious" and demure and non-threatening.
Oh, but look what happens when she shows America her black pride, her feminism, her intelligence and that she's happy with herself and her family. Either people loved her Super Bowl 50 Performance, which followed a day after the release of her new single "Formation," or they hated it. The people in the love category have no problem with facing the truths of racism, colorism, police brutality and the war on poor folks. But the people in the hate category (think Rudy Guiliani and the likes) are quick to hit the "racism" button. That's no surprise since they own it. I don't think I've ever been prouder of Beyonce. Not only did she show she's still got it. She let the world know she got it, how she's going to keep it and cash it. Because like she said "the best revenge is your paper."
