I've only read about 1/4 of this intriguing novel, but can tell you right now, that it is just the book you want to put on your gift list for those friends or business associates who are intricately involved in today's surge of "downtown" renewals/revivals. The in-depth description of the characters who are the "movers and shakers" is so vivid, you feel as if you're in their midst.
